It's that time again. A time to stand proud, and denounce everything that is east sydney.
We are renowned for our Tifos and displays especially at the derby, (while ensuring they aren't lost and actually make it to the game), and Saturday would've been no different. But it seems that the fat cats at the FFA are flagrant in the defence of their favourite child, ESFC.
The FFA go into a protective frenzy, much like a mother bear is protecting its cub, when they feel that the message portrayed could be "harmful" to their favoured club. Certain people may get offended (quite understandable considering the fact that it is, after all, East Sydney)
While they may be able to prevent us creating these displays at the game to protect the east , social media is one avenue their grubby hands cannot control. The FFA's corruption and under the table dealings can only shelter it for so long. Football fans will not put up with the FFA's abysmal "governance" of the game any longer. Lowy, Gallop and co, your time will come.
But in the meantime, to all WSW fans, it is with great regret that we announce this would've been our only tifo for the season, as it would have been the largest this country has ever seen. Countless hours have been spent designing this tifo (unlike those from the east, we don't plagiarise other people's work).
We will however put all the allocated funds from this season's tifo, towards something bigger and better for next season. So for now, enjoy the image, the message that goes along with it, and show up to fire our boys to a win.
Never forget: FUCK East Sydney, the FFA and the VAR.
I’m not going to quote the whole thing but lol at their Facebook post/rant.
That tifo from a short while back with the words ‘our existence defines you’ absolutely hit the nail on the head. It’s almost sad to see the little brother syndrome dialled up to such a high level.
Victim mentality and inferiority complex is are the two pillars of their identity and supporter mentality. It's laughable but also really sad when you think about it.. imagine being them, living every second of their lives with a gigantic chip on their shoulder.

They claim that the FFA banned their tifo.. Yet Greg O'Rourke (Head of A-League) is on record as saying that the clubs are wholly responsible for approval of displays for A-League regular season games.
They claim we're protected by the FFA, but they support a club that was;
- Manufactured wholly by the FFA
- Given a laundry list of special treatment in their first 2 years to help them along
- Purchased by Frank Lowy's very close mate Paul Lederer for a bargain price
They're desperate to always portray themselves as the victims, they think it excuses their behaviours and their failures. They have no balls, no backbone and no dignity. They strut around beating their chests about how tough and authentic they are while constantly mewling like kittens about how the big bad FFA mistreats them.
They claim this tifo at a self-proclaimed 50m x 8m (400sqm) would have been the biggest in Australian football history, despite the image shown being, at best a 1:3 height to width ratio, making it 24m wide.
Here's the actual biggest ever tifo in Australian football history
48m x 26m - 1248sqm, and we did that 8 years ago.
7 8 Coaches, 7 8 CEO's, 5 Chairmen, 1 Cove AD ASTRA, PER ASPERA
That nonsensical rant aside, it's hilarious they bothered to do another banner dedicated to Arnie. He has made winding them up an artform.
At least this time it wasn't homophobic.
“And this game needs personalities who are not afraid to have their say. [b]Mind you, it helps if they know something about football,” – Craig Foster
News of the RBB tifo being denied by the FFA has been denied according to club sources. Likely reason is WSW itself has turned down the tifo design as it views it as "offensive"
Well colour me shocked.
What's really offensive about it?
The use of "clown"?
That story just doesn't wash up at all - surely the fans pulled it, rather than the club? And surely they send a design to the club first to request approval anyway?
